Hometown Buffet - We felt un welcome and discriminated and above all disrespective by the cashier Liz and the manager
We arrived as a family at Hometown buffet with some coupons and was told we could not use that coupon that we had too wait 15 min. for dinner the flyer had also coupons for lunch that I was trying too ripe out and straight out denied them as I was waiting at the tables I thought too myself why she didn't want them what so I went back to tell her we have the lunch ones as well but since she stopped me and that I could use them why not if it was still lunch when we arrived straight out bad customer service and on top of that one of your employees was telling the cashier if they already came too pay like what im right in front of you now assuming that we weren't going too pay what wow and still giving us a hard time on top that we had a disabled person with cane and rudely told her too move that she couldn't have her chai there was not a place too sit when there were high chairs with kids and that was in the same area she was in the way no explaination at first afterwords the manager explains then my niece gets her fingers caught on the door that was heavy too open too much just too go out too eat there im a regular customer there I deserve respect and too be treated like a human I want my money back call me at 5626976293 I would also like let you know that there was one employee her name was liliana she was very attentive with us great customer service by her
